Not Medical Advice is a coaching and education project focused on the fundamentals that shape human function: light, sleep, food, movement, environment, blood work, and repeatable habits.

How it works
We start with context: sleep, schedule, food, movement, symptoms, environment, and relevant labs. From there, we build a plan that is specific enough to execute and flexible enough to survive real life.
